The State Of the African Diaspora (SOAD) was launched on July 1st, 2018, during the Summit of the African Union. It means to reinforce Africa through the Diaspora, and the Diaspora through Africa.
It has its Constitution, its Government, its Royal Chamber, its Parliament, its Programs in all sectors of activity, from economy to health through culture, agriculture, justice, new technologies, education, gender equality, finances, tourism, mines, sports, etc.
